Dr. Lutz presents at South Atlantic Modern Language Association conference

Dr. Jay Lutz, professor of French, recently presented at the South Atlantic Modern Language Association (SAMLA) conference in Durham, N.C., as part of a panel organized by the College Language Association. His paper focused on the Senegalese filmmaker and author Ben Diogaye Beye.

Dr. Lutz is chair of the Scandinavian section at the SAMLA conference in Jacksonville, Fla. on November 4-6, 2016.  He also served as a peer review reader for the South Atlantic Review, the association’s online journal, and as a member of the association’s executive committee.
