Verified transcripts and other academic records are now available to Oglethorpe students and alumni through a convenient online tool from the National Student Clearinghouse called Myhub.

The Oglethorpe University Registrar’s office has launched the free and secure online application accessible through the Oasis student portal or at https://www.myhub.org for alumni.

Myhub provides access to verified education records from Oglethorpe and any other institutions participating in Myhub where students or alumni have an academic record.

“This is a service we have been working to provide for some time for our students and alumni,” says Ed Rosser, Assistant Provost and Registrar. “Myhub is secure and certainly more convenient than having to make a formal request. It’s easy to use and puts the records right at your fingertips.”

Myhub’s self-service features include being able to…

• Download and print enrollment verification, and “good student discount” certificates
• Order transcripts
• Order and share digital diplomas – institutionally validated and digitally secure – via CeDiploma® from Paradigm, Inc. (This feature is available only to students who graduated OU Fall 2023 and beyond.)

Myhub will provide Oglethorpe students and alumni lifetime access to their complete academic record of enrollment and degrees earned from participating institutions. This immediate online access will continue throughout your academic and professional career.
