Oglethorpe University has once again earned a place on Intelligent.com’s annual list of Best Colleges by state.

Intelligent.com’s top picks are “highly-regarded, affordable, and offer the tools and resources students need to successfully graduate and excel in their fields.”

For the 2024 report, the research company analyzed more than 3,000 academic institutions across the country. Each was evaluated based on four important decision-making factors for students when selecting a school: academic quality, graduation rate, cost and return and on investment, and student resources.

Criteria considered included tuition costs, admission standards, retention rates and diversity, as well as the on-campus resources and services provided for students.

“Institutions conferred with this accolade stand out for their dedication to fostering academic communities that reflect Georgia’s rich cultural tapestry,” Intelligent.com shared in a press release.
