PayScale, a data-driven software company focused on employee compensation, has released its 2020-2021 College Salary Report, which evaluates four-year colleges by earning potential for its graduates, as well as its 2020 College Return on Investment report of best value colleges.

PayScale rated Oglethorpe University among the top 35% educational institutions nationwide in median salaries of graduates—and among the top 15% for return on investment for alumni.

Among liberal arts schools, Oglethorpe was ranked the top Best Value School in Georgia and #22 in the U.S.

Oglethorpe’s overall salary ranking, combining both early career (1-5 years work experience) and mid-career (10+ years experience), put its graduates’ earning potential above other Georgia schools.

PayScale’s College Salary Report rankings come from alumni salary data of 3.5 million respondents, representing more than 4,000 colleges and universities across the United States.
