PayScale, a data-driven software company focused on employee compensation, released its 2019 College Salary Report and rated Oglethorpe University in the top 13% of educational institutions nationwide in median salaries of graduates.

Oglethorpe’s overall ranking combining both early career, 1-5 years work experience, and mid-career, 10+ years experience, salaries was above schools such as Georgia State University, Mercer University, Georgia Southern University, Agnes Scott College, and Berry College.

In addition to higher earning potentials, more than half of Oglethorpe graduates who responded to the survey said their work helps make the world a better place.

PayScale’s College Salary Report rankings come from alumni salary data of 3.5 million respondents, representing more than 4,000 colleges and universities across the United States.
