The business leadership development program was created by Oglethorpe alumni exclusively for Oglethorpe business students. BLD Fellows receive career coaching and access to internships with prominent companies.

After acceptance, you will be assigned and receive a career coach to help you develop your hard and soft business skills and networking skills needed to navigate the campus recruiting process. The goal of this program is to open you up to high quality internships and full-time career options.
