The Liberal Arts & Sciences Symposium brings together the university community in a day-long celebration of exemplary analytic and creative work produced by Oglethorpe students during the academic year.
The day began with a PRISM (Posters of Research in Science and Mathematics) poster session, where students presented their class-based and independent research projects. Keynote speaker, Dr. Kate Keib of Oglethorpe University, spoke on fake news and the individual’s responsibility. Student art was on view in the Philip Weltner Library and the Professor’s Gala capped off the curriculum-encompassing day.
