In April, the Oglethorpe University Board of Trustees approved tenure and promotions for the following faculty members:

• Dr. Lynn Gieger was promoted from Associate Professor to Professor (Math).
• Matt Huff was granted tenure and promoted to Associate Professor (Theatre).
• Dr. Kendra King Momon was promoted from Associate Professor to Professor (Politics).
• Dr. Justin Wise was granted tenure and promoted to Associate Professor (Psychology).

“I want to thank the members of the Tenure and Promotion Committee for their hard work this year and to congratulate Matt, Justin, Lynn, and Kendra,” wrote Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Glenn Sharfman in his announcement.
